PROCESSING TIME 

◾ Every order is MADE TO ORDER. Orders are usually ready to ship within 2-3 business days. This order fulfillment time does NOT include shipping transit time. Please allow additional 2-5 business days for arrival.

◾ IMPORTANT - Please consider both processing time and delivery time for your event before placing an order.

 

SHIPPING 

◾ All orders within the United States are shipped USPS First-Class Shipping, which usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Tracking is provided.

◾ Expediated shipping (USPS Priority with tracking) is also available with extra shipping cost. Please check the rate at checkout. 

◾ Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Please double check your address before placing your order. 

◾ Once the packages are picked up and dispatched by carrier, we have no control over the packages anymore. We are NOT responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

◾ We use USPS First-Class International to ship your order, which usually takes 10-28 business days depending on your location. This includes tracking for most countries *
